The laminating machine composites different substrates together by means of polyethylene, polypropylene or some modified materials by means of hot melt extrusion. The whole machine includes rewinding and unwinding system, extrusion coating system, etc. The detailed system introduction of our laminating machine is as follows:

Unwinding: 360-degree double-station unwinding rack

Frequency conversion motor control: no deceleration, no shutdown

Magnetic powder motor control: deceleration, non-stop

Servo motor control: non-stop

Extrusion: suction device (equipped with automatic suction and drying device)

Screw (single screw and multi-screw are assembled according to different peel strength and product requirements)

Screen changing device (divided into manual screen change, quick screen change, automatic screen change)

T-shaped mold used (purchasing molds from well-known brands at home and abroad for assembly)

Forming: including auxiliary cooling roll, silicone roll, forming roll, peeling roll

Rewinding: 360-degree double-station rewinding: suitable for products with relatively thin substrates

Friction winding: suitable for products with thicker substrates

Including simple non-woven lamination products.

Three-roller and four-roller winding: only suitable for non-woven lamination products.
